- How long should I expect to wait for my labels?
We ship items with a view to you receiving them within six to nine days, on average, of our receiving your order. Of course, the length of time items are in the hands of the carriers is completely out of our control. If you have not received your order within 21 days of sending it to us please contact us.
- What happens if the labels or stamp are printed incorrectly?
If we print your labels or stamp incorrectly and the mistake is ours we will send replacements without question. You do not need to return them - just describe the problem. If you do not notify us within 10 working days, you are deemed to have accepted the item and we shall not have any liability towards you.
If you have made a mistake in providing us with the details you will understand that we are not able to offer free replacements. However, we do have a special arrangement under these circumstances. Please check carefully the details you send to us, and the order acknowledgement we send you.
- What if I click on an 'Add to Cart' button but it doesn't work?
Avoid having two browser windows open simultaneously.
Some browsers drain the computer's resources after a while. Sometimes restarting your computer solves the problem.
